We have a unique opportunity for an experienced leader with Human Resources and Total Rewards expertise to join our team as a Vice President, Content Management.
As a Vice President, Content Management, you will lead the team that acts as ambassadors, spokespersons, relationship-managers, and brand-builders for WorldatWork. In this role, you will provide management and oversight, demonstrating a commitment to excellence at all times. You will collaborate with leadership to meet the company’s objectives in addition to having a passion for success and a proven record of successful strategic planning and implementation.
You will bring a broad understanding of practices, content knowledge and professional relationships in the Total Rewards (TR) field. Others will rely on you for your subject matter expertise, and you partner with other WorldatWork teams (Education, Events, Marketing, Publications, etc.) to create high quality, high value content for our members. In this role, you will influence the publications, education, membership services, symposiums and conference events delivered to Total Rewards professionals around the world.

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s Degree and international/global experience preferred)
10+ year’s relevant professional experience within the total rewards and human resource discipline, or equivalent combination of experience and education, required
Passion for the profession and for work that is highly collaborative and mission-driven
A track record of creating impactful communications to promote understanding of Reward program intent and impact
Dedication to continuous learning and to advancing the knowledge of the profession
Strong business acumen, drawn from knowledge and experience with various business models and cultures (e.g., publicly traded corporations, public sector, privately held)
Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal/presentation and interpersonal
Strong consulting and influencing skills
Demonstrated skills in relationship building with subject matter experts, thought leaders and senior leaders/executives
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and summarize data/information and make recommendations
