MANAGER OF TOTAL REWARDS (Compensation and Benefits)
As our Manager of Total Rewards, you will be an integral part of our Corporate Human Resources team by providing oversight of our compensation administration, analysis and management, and day-to-day management of our health and welfare benefit programs provided to 1,500 - 2,500 employees in U.S. and Canada.

The Total Rewards Manager plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures, and supervises administration of existing programs. This position is responsible for ensuring benefit and compensation programs are competitive and administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Benchmark compensation of all positions and develop salary structures.
Implement focal-point salary reviews and train managers on the execution of plans.
Develop & implement compensation strategies including variable and competitive wage policies
Work with HR and leadership to execute workforce management (labor planning, scheduling, etc.)
Responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) plan, etc.)
Work with brokers and outside vendors to implement and manage benefit strategy and programs to communicate and educate those benefits to incoming and current employees.
Develop Total Rewards policies and procedures and update those currently in place.
Partner with the Finance team to ensure that appropriate financial controls are in place for all merit-based and incentive-based compensation programs, as well as for evaluating and analyzing cost implications of current and proposed plans
Partner with the Recruiting team to develop competitive new hire offer packages and compelling offer models for candidates to better understand their potential total rewards
Provide compensation consultation to managers and HR Team on all compensation issues (i.e. promotions, internal mobility, market competitiveness, job matching/benchmarking studies, and industry trends/best practices)
Conduct regular gap-to-market assessments of compensation positioning relative to the competitive market.
Work with HR Operations and Accounting to ensure data integrity within our core HRIS and payroll systems and across all employee platforms
Assist in creating materials for the Compensation Committee

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) highly desirable, Certified Benefits Professional a plus.
Exceptional MS Excel and related skills.
Prefer 4 or more years of corporate experience working with compensation benchmarking and design.
Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on quality and urgency.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; organization and team skills.
Strong documentation and arithmetic skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and use good judgment in making routine decisions.
