Cooley is seeking a Firmwide Compensation Analyst to join the HR team. The Firmwide Compensation Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of technical and analytical compensation and job classification analyses in support of the development, implementation and maintenance of the firm’s compensation program.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR or related field and 5+ years' HR/HRIS experience. Candidates must be familiar with statistical analysis and law firm or legal experience is preferred. Successful candidates will be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and must be able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
