You will lead a small and mighty team focused on creating and rolling out meaningful, impactful Total Rewards strategies that drive employee engagement and galvanize retention. All this while partnering closely with business unit leaders.
In this role, you’ll play a critical leadership role in the evolving approach to Total Rewards and People Analytics at Pelmorex. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, you ensure our total rewards levers deliver on the key tenets of attracting and retaining top talent, simplicity that drives performance and are fiscally responsible, while contributing to an exceptional employee experience

What we’ll expect from YOU:
Provide mentorship and coaching to the the Total Rewards team; they also like to be pushed outside their comfort zone on occasion
Continue to refine the Total Rewards strategy, philosophy, methodology, programs and guidelines for all Business Units to position us to find, keep and develop the best of the best. Oh, and we’re also always driving a performance culture. Project lead all the cool stuff we’re doing in the area of Total Rewards, including being a champion for change through communication and education
Keep your eye on and stay ahead of market trends to make sure our programs are competitive and meet the needs of all our diverse employees
You’ll own the performance management process; including making changes to ensure it continues to drive a performance culture, employees understand it and buy into it.
You have a natural curiosity for data and how it can drive performance and engagement. We’ll expect you to be a key champion and enabler of our people data and insights strategy that provides business unit specific dashboards and real time data to help our leaders make evidence-based people decisions .
You’ll be the go-to person for all things Total Rewards and People Analytics. You’re at your best when you’re providing opinions and leadership to the People Operations (HR) team and other key stakeholders on high-impact compensation issues such as pay-for-performance analysis, data modeling, and gathering and analysis of market data and trends
You’ll be the subject matter expert in all areas of Total Rewards including demonstrated experience with compensation principles and concepts. This includes oversight of compensation analysis and consulting, market pricing, compensation plan/structure design, and job evaluation/grading
Partnering with our Payroll Specialist, you’ll make sure everyone gets paid right and on time. We have a lot of systems. You’ll lead the design, implementation and administration of our HCM systems by collaborating with teams across our organization, managing our vendor relationships, automating processes effectively, using change management to engage users and designing reporting/analytics that inform decision-making
This is what YOU have:
You’ve been doing Total Rewards for a while, at least 5 years leading a team.
Post-secondary education in Business, HR or related field
You have a curiosity and passion for HR related Technology
You can navigate a spreadsheet like nobody’s business
