As a key member of the Human Resources leadership team, the Senior Director of Total Rewards maximizes contributions of OSU Human Resources by supplementing efforts of other departmental staff in accomplishment of goals while overseeing the administration of total rewards strategies. Areas of responsibility include development and administration of total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits and retirement, executive compensation, long-range metrics and trends, compliance initiatives, employee data oversight and communications.
Bachelor's degree and at least five years applicable human resources experience including experience in compensation/classification, benefits administration and HR Information Systems.
Experience with classification and compensation techniques, hiring regulations, and human resource metrics. Excellent computer and analytical skills.
Master's degree and experience within higher education institution.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHR-SCP or other applicable certification.
Knowledge and proficiency with Banner-HR
