The primary responsibility of the Sr Manager – HRIS is to assist in the implementation, on-going support of LVSC’s HRIS committed roadmap, product updates, enhancement requests, reporting developments, etc. The Sr Manager – HRIS will participate on various project teams that will vary in scope, delivery and timeline.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support the management, development, ongoing maintenance, and technical support of the assigned modules within SuccessFactors HCM system.
Serve as the SuccessFactors SME to support and understand new functionality and features.
Collaborate cross-functionally to document requirements, assess downstream impacts, configure and test new functionality or enhancements.
Assist with the development of custom reports and dashboards to identify trends and assist with decision-making.
Accountable for delivering against HRIS committed roadmap for assigned modules / portions of various projects that may varied in scope, delivery and timelines.
Directly participate in developing and documenting business requirements for HRIS solutions to optimize HR processes.
Lead the review of new product releases and enhancements and advising HR leaders for appropriate actions.
Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management.
Accountable for business configuration and point solutions for assigned modules.
Ensures that all business process, workflows and related documents are updated accordingly.
Deliver on ongoing and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

Proof of authorization to work in the United States
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology or other related relevant discipline
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
5+ years of progressive experience specifically supporting the HR, management of HR technologies, experience with the HRIS.
Strong problem-solving, collaborative, and strategy implementation skills
Experience using technologies to enhance services delivery
Ability to establish cross-functional relationships across various levels of the organization
Solid understanding of company HR requirements towards technology, including regulatory compliance requirements.
Willingness to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
Team player with excellent organization, prioritization, project and time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic organization with multiple challenging projects.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
