MIT Human Resources seeks a Compensation Specialist to serve as an expert resource and consultant on compensation matters for staff in central Human Resources and MIT schools, departments, labs, and centers (DLCs).
Administer, implement, and communicate MIT's compensation programs
Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of MIT’s pay programs
Provide analytical expertise, guidance, and interpretation of various compensation guidelines
Collaborate with central HR and DLC HR departments in the development and/or evaluation of job descriptions, pay decision recommendations, and equity and/or market analysis process
