Modernizing Medicine is seeking a Compensation Manager who will manage the design, implementation and administration of our compensation policies, programs and tools. This individual will perform all compensation functions, including market pricing, survey participation, salary structure development and job description creation and maintenance.

You have a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy.
You are able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment without compromising quality.
You have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time.
Design, develop and maintain total compensation guidelines and job architecture structure.
Collect and analyze market data and maintain salary survey data as well as manage all benchmarking activity.
Become an expert of major external survey methodologies and have deep insights in market data benchmarking and utilization.
Perform ad hoc analysis and planning to continuously improve our compensation programs and processes.
Maintain and update salary grades and job levels.
Perform market pricing activities to ensure equitable wage rates, both internally and externally.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive job descriptions and evaluate jobs using established evaluation systems.
Ensure all positions have corresponding job descriptions.
Effectively collaborate with HR Business Partners to manage, consult and resolve compensation issues through the use of creative and strategic guidance for new positions, transfers and promotions.
Provide ongoing support to the Recruitment team to appropriately align compensation with our pay policies and practices.
Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and regulations.
Manage payroll team.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, business administration, finance, economics or other quantitative focus highly preferred.
CCP certification, preferred.
3 - 5 years of broad-based compensation experience, previous experience at a high-growth technology company preferred.
Strong understanding of compensation programs, pay for performance, benchmarking, market data and job evaluations.
Experience with overseeing system configuration, implementation and management of compensation tools.
Experience in job architecture and job leveling projects.
Outstanding analytical capabilities, experience with data and interfacing between HRIS applications.
Solid financial and compensation modeling skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, continuously changing, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Payscale, Saba TalentSpace, Saba Job Description Builder and/or ADP DataCloud highly desirable.
