Work closely with the sales leaders, finance, HR and other cross-functional partners of the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) business
Develop and model GRC compensation plans for assigned business units while helping to ensure alignment with best practices
Model current and projected revenue and payout results to develop/update annual compensation plans and goals
Own ongoing administration of sales compensation payouts for assigned business units in close collaboration with the business partners to help ensure accurate payouts
Track compensation plan results and analyze sales compensation plan effectiveness in achieving business goals/ strategy for assigned business units
Advise and provide guidance on sales incentive compensation policies, practices, programs, compensation philosophy, and compliance requirements
Monitor the industry and external market and provide analysis and recommendations on the impact of relevant developments in compensation
A minimum of seven years of experience in financial analysis, sales compensation or sales analysis, demonstrating sound knowledge of data analytics and reporting; preferably within the software, legal, finance and/or consulting industry
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
Strong project and process management skills including superior attention to detail and time management capabilities along with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve goals
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to travel up to 25%
