We have an exciting opportunity to join our best in class global rewards team as a Senior Compensation Analyst to administer and monitor total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, recognition, perquisites) for North America.
This role can be filled in our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, NC or our office in Research Triangle Park, NC.

The ideal candidate will enjoy building strong relationships to provide consultation, guidance and support to HR partners and line managers on compensation or benefit matters.
Leads or assists in the planning, design, implementation, monitoring and administration of new or complex compensation programs and projects
Analyzes labor and market data to assess competitive position of compensation programs and develops recommended actions based on findings.
Develops advanced financial models, performs detailed statistical analysis, and prepares reports and presentations.
Provides consultation, guidance and support to HR partners and line managers on compensation matters.
Researches and analyzes new or revised regulations and legislation; provides assessment of impact and develops recommended actions.
Provides support for merger and acquisition related program integrations and transitions.*LI-NA1
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
CCP is preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated project leadership and consultancy skills with ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients
Advanced knowledge of compensation theories, principles, programs, trends and best practices
Ability to apply advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise to communicate and assist internal clients and managers to understand compensation
Good business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data
Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity
Demonstrates executive presence and good presentation skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
