The Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards is a critical member of our newly created Total Rewards and People Analytics team. This role is a key partner with our leadership team to design, implement and evaluate the efficacy of the various total reward and analytics programs across the full enterprise. The role balances total rewards program execution with addressing complex, big-picture problems head-on through the use data and analytics to help frame strategy and drive decision-making.
We are looking for a data-driven Sr. Analyst with strong technical skills, natural curiosity, and an ability to translate highly technical material to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an affinity for solving business problems through innovative approaches - quantitative and/or qualitative - and will be able to keep an eye on the bigger picture while diving deep into our data sets and processes.
COMPENSATION – 50%
Performs competitive market analysis and provides insight on internal and external competitiveness for base and incentive pay.
Manages salary surveys submissions and ensures both timely and accurate completion.
Supports compensation programs and pay for performance plan design (merit, incentive, etc.) and execution across the enterprise. Maintains pay administration guidelines and governance.
Documents and regulates job family libraries including pay grade, market range, job leveling, value standards and job codes for all positions. Updates against scheduled governance standards.
Monitors and reports on compensation compliance such as pay equity, wage and hour law, and fair work week regulatory changes across the enterprise.
Assists in the research and identification of compensation innovations to support attraction, retention, cost savings or other efficiencies for the enterprise.
PEOPLE ANALYTICS/INSIGHTS – 35%
Partners with and coaches HR Business Partners and leaders to help them understand how to analyze, interpret, and tell stories from data.
Designs, updates and executes reports for both ad hoc and established analytic rhythms.
Performs root cause analysis on data integrity initiatives across enterprise and partners with the business to ensure execution of data integrity projects.
Supports the implementation of the newly created People Analytics roadmap including report writing, data/security access for all levels of management and transparency of data approvals by level.
Creates visualizations and dashboards to effectively facilitate ongoing monitoring of metrics.
Performs reviews, testing, and implementation of Total Rewards HRIS interfaces and systems.

Supports the Assistant Director, in the management of third-party administrators and broker partners across health, welfare, perks and retirement vendors.
Participates on the administration of the company retirement plan, testing and annual match allocation.
Manages benefit surveys submissions and ensures both timely and accurate completion.
Assists in the research of benefit and retirement plan design or vendor innovations to identify future trends or models that could support attraction, retention, costs savings or other efficiencies for the enterprise.
Provides internal assistance to team members with complex benefit issues or questions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or related field required or other quantitative discipline field with strong academic record
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and data analytics required
Proven compensation competency through formal coursework, experience or a certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Advanced data analytics skills and data story technology experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or data visualization tools such as Tableau
Proficiency with HRIS tools (i.e. Ultipro, Workday, etc.) and report writing
Comprehensive knowledge of compensation principals and federal, state and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to FLSA
Strong demonstrated ability to solve complex and ambiguous business problems leveraging data analysis and modeling
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where there can be degrees of ambiguity
Ability to identify and succinctly summarize roadblocks and constraints, propose potential solutions, and drive towards resolution
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to translate sophisticated analyses into a logical, convincing business narrative to share with a variety of business stakeholders
