Currently, ManTech is seeking a Compensation Manager to join our team in Herndon, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develops and manages compensation policies, procedures, and programs, including job analysis, job evaluation and pricing, performance review, and incentive programs. Ensures the competitiveness of compensation programs.
Manages the design, implementation, and administration of direct compensation programs including corporate, specialized pay and incentive programs.
Manages direct compensation programs including base salary, short-term incentives, job evaluation, perquisites, performance, and recognition.
Manages corporate priorities to ensure that all compensation programs, including executive and specialized pay, support the corporation’s strategic direction.
Ensures that the corporation maintains a competitive posture in the marketplace. Manages the development of training programs that communicate new or revised compensation plans.
Provide management training that will empower them to communicate programs to their staffs.
Delivers all-employee training/communication. Counsels line management as to effective administration within compensation guidelines. Provides regular reporting to senior management.
Hires, develops, and evaluates staff in accordance with defined policies and objectives.
Manages the compensation department. Hires, trains, manages, and evaluates predominantly professional staff; may manage supervisors.
Bachelors w/ minimum of 5 years of experience. Mostly in the areas of compensation management/administration.
