The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for administering system wide compensation programs. The Senior Analyst evaluates and analyzes market data, determines pay structures, conducts salary surveys, and oversees complex organizational pay practices. Serves as a strategic partner in evaluating and reviewing labor management resources and allocations and functions as a subject matter expert for large scope projects and committees. The Senior Analyst ensures that compensation programs support the organizations strategic objectives and meets all legal and compliance requirements. Uses a wide degree of creativity and latitude and leads the work of others within the department. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must be familiar with a wide variety of organizational practices, concepts, and procedures to function at a high level.
HR Certification Required, including, but not limited to the following: PHR, SPHR, CCP
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business, or related field, and least 6 years of prior work experience in similar position that demonstrates good analytical and math skills.
Minimum 4 years experience administering compensation programs within a large healthcare organization preferred but not required.
