We are searching for a Director of Total Rewards — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll lead compensation, benefits, employee records, and performance management functions to support our people and business strategies. You will deliver an innovative total rewards program that contributes to employee engagement, high performance, and business success.

Provide strategic direction to the compensation, benefits, employee records, and performance management functions
Build collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure total rewards strategies align with our business and people strategies
Develop goals and objectives for department operation
Provide strategic direction and management for all aspects of the benefit program and employees responsible for administering it
Collaborate with the Employee Health leader on health and wellness strategies for the workforce
Develop approaches, strategies, policies, and programs related to the employee records functions
Facilitate and participate in interdepartmental teams and committees concerning department goals and initiatives
Complete cost analysis and monitoring as needed
Serve as a liaison for the executive benefits plan administration
Bachelor’s degree required
CP certification preferred
8 years’ experience in compensation and/or benefits required in addition to 5 years’ experience in management/leadership experience specific to benefits, compensation, performance management, or employee development
