Responsible for overseeing and administering employee compensation programs. Establishes a company’s pay structure, provides professional guidance, coordination, and support in the effective and consistent application of staff job classification and compensation administration policies and practices. Administers and maintains various compensation-related data management systems, and coordinates and facilitates implementation of global compensation programs and initiatives. Provides advice, training, and support to the global HR team, as appropriate, in the application of compensation management principles, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
Responsible for the development, implementation, communication, and training of compensation programs and policies.
Develop, implement and maintain a global job architecture, including job codes, job families, job grades and ranges for each country (~20) that FH has employees located.
Lead the job description creation process, procedures, and approvals, including adherence to international regulations and FLSA regulations for US-based positions.
Determine best salary surveys to purchase/participate in for all applicable countries and participate in compensation surveys or studies for purposes of maintaining the company’s competitive position within the marketplace.
Market price all jobs, using salary surveys and competitive market data.
Provide analysis of competitive compensation practices, develop auditing reports, determine the effectiveness of compensation practices and recommendations, and develop strategies to support organizational goals.
Develop and maintain a global merit process.
Assure internal equity of FH’s compensation programs through monitoring of business conditions, legal requirements, and understanding of best practices, as well as educating management in communication and evaluation.
Communicate, train and provide guidance to management in delivery of compensation philosophy messaging.
Collaborate with all departments/offices globally, to ensure that the total compensation and rewards programs are complimentary and meet the unique needs of the organization globally.
Manage the annual review of compensation programs and requirements, identification of gaps, and recommendations for improvements, and cost-benefit analysis.
Review proposed salary actions for consistency and internal equity.
Manage the annual budgeting process related to compensation planning and forecasting.

Typically, 7+ years of compensation/total rewards experience in a global organization.
CCP certification required.
Compensation analytics experience required.
