Leading a culture transformation of engagement, collaboration and performance excellence is critical to executing on our exciting business strategy over the next several years. As our Compensation Manager, you will report to our Sr Director, Total Rewards and will partner with our business leaders and HR team members on modernizing our compensation strategies and programs. In addition to leading compensation initiatives, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills through involvement in special projects within HR in support of our broader talent development strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies and procedures
Manage common compensation functions including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design and associated analysis
Ensure that the company's compensation program complies with changing state and federal laws and regulations
Ensure programs remain competitive and conform to our compensation strategy
Serve as a compensation subject matter expert (SME) to our HR team and managers in all areas of compensation
Establish benchmarking and market pricing standards and develop salary structures for job families
Own the assessment, implementation and ongoing use of marketing pricing software and data
Support the implementation of new compensation modules within our HRIS platform
Implement improvements to modernize and harmonize our global compensation programs
Support the development of Compensation Committee materials

Qualifications & Experiences
7+ years of broad-based compensation
Experience in a private or public company with structured compensation programs and processes
Experience with Ultimate Software (UltiPro) a plus
Intermediate to advanced Excel – including vlookups and pivot tables
Manufacturing environment and/or global experience highly desirable
Experience with development of materials for Board of Directors preferred.
Professional certifications in compensation desired
