The Croner Company is looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to lead the analysis and development of findings and recommendations on a variety of deliverables for our client engagements.  The successful candidate will be intellectually curious and energized by solving complex problems.  The Senior Compensation Analyst will participate in project management and in client communications.

As a key member of the Consulting Team, the Senior Compensation Analyst will be relied upon regularly to:

• Take a leading role in designing and carrying out analyses for client projects
• Create presentations of data findings and recommendations to clients
• Build and manage large and complex models in MS Excel
• Produce original analyses using advanced Excel functions
• Quickly and nimbly provide updates and edits to models, reports and presentations
• Research and organize data from publicly available sources, such as SEC filings
• Create PowerPoint presentations in support of analysis
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
• Occasional travel required
