Job Summary
As a Manager, Compensation & Reporting in the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects for Board reporting on HOOPP's compensation programs. You will act as a liaison between the compensation team in HR, and divisional representatives to gather, collect and prepare information for quarterly and ad-hoc meetings. Your solid understanding and experience in compensation, financial reporting, and investment analysis will help you enhance and lead current processes to meet internal and Board related requests. You are a trusted advisor who provides support to HR and Business Leaders.

What you will do:
- Leads the collection and consolidation of quarterly performance results for HOOPP's incentive plans
- Leads the collection and consolidation of year-end materials to be presented to the Board and related Committees
- Prepares compensation-related Board and Committee materials, including supporting documents for year-end performance, target setting, measure & scorecard monitoring
- Leads the divisional scorecard tracking and reporting for the organization
- Partners with divisional representatives to collect performance results and consolidates performance narratives for corporate and divisional scorecard metrics
- Prepares analysis reporting to the Governance & HR Committee for quarterly Compensation Exceptions and supporting documentation
- Provides input into complex analyses, conducted by members of the compensation team, to support/recommend program changes, report compliance and support pay decisions
- Develops in-depth analyses of financial impact of current and proposed compensation programs, at the corporate level, as required
- Partners with relevant areas of the Business to understand and recommend performance assumptions for corporate and divisional metrics
- Provides input into the budget and forecasting process by providing performance assumptions for each of the incentive plans at both the corporate and divisional level
- Supports the review process of budgeting and forecasting initiatives and provides input as needed
- Prepares and presents analyses, recommendations, to senior leaders, Executives, and Trustees as required
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Plan Texts based on Committee and Board feedback
- Leads the communication of Plan changes to the organization and verifies to ensure accurate communication of changes
- Partners with external consultant when reviewing and updating plan texts
- Ensures performance targets are accurately reflected in LTIP grants and AIP notices to employees for current and new employees
- Participates in Committee or Board meetings as required
- Acts as back and supports in the day-to-day job evaluation and salary recommendation process
