Provide compensation consultation services regarding at-risk/incentive compensation ensuring that strategic plans are met and within budgetary restraints. Provides enterprise-wide compensation expertise and supports program design and deployment to ensure we incorporate best practices as well as stay current on incentive compensation compliance. Responsible for all analysis and recordkeeping related to incentive plan administration to include eligibility, participation, goal alignment, analysis, and reporting.
Support preparation of deliverables for payments, plan communications, and coordination with respective departments to ensure smooth execution of each payment cycle.
Partner with HR, Finance and key stakeholders to build reporting and analytics; find impactful stories hidden in the data to build tools and create executive summaries of the findings that assist in communicating and explaining complex compensation programs and concepts.
Provide key stakeholders with guidance, direction and prompt courteous service.
Act as a subject matter expert and representative of the Compensation CoE.
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
3 years of compensation experience preferred with at least 1 year of executive compensation experience
Strong analytical capabilities
Advanced knowledge of Excel (working with vlookups, pivot tables, nested functions, “if” statements, charts/graphs)
Intermediate knowledge or experience with PeopleSoft.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines often under significant time constraints.
