Conceptualize and drive an international total rewards philosophy and guiding principles aligned and integrated with the company culture to support the business and talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage and retain our people.
Set the vision for, design, and develop a multi-national benefits strategy that meets the company’s competitive needs, optimizing the efficient use of health care dollars and fostering the creation of a healthy work environment.
Develop and build influential relationships with key operational business and functional leaders so that strategies reflect the needs of many stakeholders at Axway.
Provide relevant compensation and benefits data and trend information to HR partners and business executives to help drive key talent and organizational decisions.
Strategically partner with field HR leadership on compensation best practices and components of M&A activity regarding due diligence, retention, assessment, and integration.
Lead the compensation analysis efforts for emerging markets.
Prepare and present strategies and programs to the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee
Work closely with finance leaders, as appropriate, to ensure effective decision-making, budget, and execution of all benefits, bonus, merit, and equity.
In partnership with the HR talent team, build and deliver training and communications to support our total rewards philosophy and delivery. Work to ensure employees and leaders understand and value the total rewards offered by the company and their choices to optimize these rewards to meet their individual needs.
Lead change management efforts related to total rewards efforts and strategies.
Partner with field HR to ensure compliance across the organization with all laws in countries, states, and provinces, as appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field, is required. A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or Finance is preferred.
10+ years of experience in senior Human Resource roles, with at least 5+ years of leadership experience in compensation and benefits at a large, multi-national, complex organization.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification highly preferred.
Proven leadership in building and driving competitive global compensation and benefits strategies.
Experience developing and executing Sales Compensation is required.
Experience supporting an international environment, specifically the US and Europe (primarily France, Germany, Eastern Europe), is required.
Demonstrated experience providing relevant international compensation and benefits data and trend information to HR partners and business executives to help drive key talent and organizational decisions.
Understands the dynamics of a possible dual organization and can navigate effectively in a decentralized environment.
Leads and influences through collaboration.
Strong strategic thinking, able to develop and communicate a compelling vision and direction.
Skilled at building collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization to solve problems and implement solutions.
Highly responsive with strong orientation towards customer centricity.
Position is located on-site at the Axway corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona or on-site at the Axway corporate office in Paris, France.
