The Compensation Specialistserves as the subject matter expert for compensation of staff employees. Working with the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), this position assists with the compensation plan, compensation issues and questions.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business Management and a minimum of 5 years of HR compensation experience. Experience should include the classification restructuring process and development of compensation plans.
