In support of our dynamic and diverse organization, we are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Analytics professional. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, Americas Community of Expertise, this role is responsible for supporting senior Total Rewards Business Partners globally through consolidating, analyzing, and presenting data so that our executive team can make critical total rewards decisions.

Specific responsibilities include:
Partnering with Total Rewards Business Partners, support annual total rewards processes by performing analysis, gaining insights, and preparing executive-ready materials to facilitate senior leadership decision making. Examples of annual process supported include merit planning, incentive compensation planning, and equity award allocations.
Use data visualization to turn complex data into simple and easy to understand narratives for senior business leaders and HR stakeholders.
Support Total Rewards Business Partners with ad hoc analysis required for total rewards projects.
Working across the Total Rewards Community of Expertise, create standard, repeatable processes that can be used across our different businesses.
Consistently gather customer feedback and review Communities of Expertise (COE) processes to improve, automate and augment the quality, accuracy and value of the services and information provided.
Working with the Total Rewards Business Partners and Executive Compensation team, support the creation of executive compensation recommendations.
Partnering with the HR Data Analytics team, become a subject matter expert on data sources and compensation analytics at Carrier
BS in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred
3-5+ years of HR/compensation/data analytics experience with demonstrated competence in data analytics and visualization
Strong knowledge of data modeling and creating dashboards, scorecards and other data-driven deliverables
Expertise with Workday, Workday Prism, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and organization skills with proven ability to make informed, data-driven decisions
Demonstrated ability to interface across all levels of the organization including executive leadership
Strong project management skills and an ability to influence change management activities
CCP, GRP, SPHR, GPHR or other HR professional certification preferred
