Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are currently limiting the number of employees in our offices. This position will begin working in a remote capacity and will be expected to return to the assigned office location following a broader return to work announcement.
How does a Senior Compensation Analyst make an impact?
Utilizes analytical expertise to ensure compensation program design levels are appropriate and competitive.
Partners with business leaders to establish and revise job descriptors reflecting essential job functions requirements.
Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
Participates in and/or conducts market surveys.
Maintains database of market and internal compensation data. Performs data mining, data modeling, and data analytics

Strong communication, analytical and organization skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to be consultative and partner with others.
Ability to research and incorporate industry best practices into development and design of compensation programs and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, or willingness to pursue CCP
Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of business analysis, project management, information technology or related experience (or equivalent, such as 7 years of experience or Master’s degree and 3 years of experience).
