This role has the possibility of being hybrid, if located in Washington.
The Compensation Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations and direct supervision of the compensation team. Including, but not limited to, market analysis, project management, and data interpretation.
Position Reports To: HR Manager, Talent Acquisition and Compensation
- Supervises the compensation team to ensure optimal performance and successful delivery against department targets.
- Guides and motivates employees to meet departmental and organizational goals.
- Provides performance feedback and up channels employee issues to manager.
- Responsible for roll out and execution of compensation programs, policies, practices, and processes.
- Analyzes plan effectiveness and determination of return on compensation investments.
- Executes external market analyses to determine pay competitiveness.
- Ensures compensation policies and programs are consistent with state and federal laws.
- Develops effective compensation strategies to attract top-quality candidates.
- Prepares and distributes established routine reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 7 years in HR with 3-5 of those working on employee compensation.
Desired:
- Master’s degree in HR or related field of study.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
